We love our experience here at North Beach on Kernan! One of the best things about this place is how attentive all the staff are! They are very responsive to concerns
Awaiting pump replacement for hot tub is only issue currently (and it’s lovely when working) Grounds are kept up very well - love the pool and fitness area

I have been a resident approaching eight years and plan to continue my residency for as long as it remains affordable! Staff is okay, however maintenance is amazing!

Moved in 2 weeks ago under some hard circumstances after my previous place flooded. Easy process. The office staff is wonderful. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I’m very happy with my new home.
