New management seems much better but until they do something about certain residents blasting music at all hours (which management has told me personally they won't do anything about), trash being left all over the property, trash piling up in mountains by the dumpster, residents getting drunk k and smashing bottles everywhere, adults on dirt bikes making the courtyard area dangerous for kids to play... and residents randomly firing guns on a regular basis I can't recommend moving here.
