My family and I moved here to be closer to downtown where I work. The apartments are very nice and close in proximity to everything we need. This place is kept up very well with alot of green space. Our apartment was newly renovated with new appliances and remodeled kitchen. I would recommend this place

Easy process, very nice and helpful Manager
I was looking for an apartment in Jacksonville but I was living in other city far from here so I had to do all contacts and the moving process by internte and by phone. Pamela was very kind and friendly and made the whole application process very easy. The apartment was ready on time and looks very clean. The neighbors are friendly, the place is nice and quiet and clean. The maintenance guy was promptly to help there when I needed to change a bulb and when I found an outlet that didn't work.... By now I'm have no complains and very happy with my apartment.

Easy Process and Polite Management
Pamela made the whole transaction very smooth. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I was looking at many places in the area and this one stuck out just based off her interaction over the phone the first time I called. The apartment looks great and is very clean!

Terrible!!!
Roaches everywhere, maintenance will take forever to handle work orders and then does a half way job. Pool is filthy. Management is the absolute WORST!! Since I've been here the Management has changed at least 5 times. The current manger is never in the office or answers the phone, not to mention has no knowledge regarding information or inquiries. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!!!
