I own a 4,000 sq feet 5/3.5 house at Jax Beach. I rent out 4 bedrooms and I keep the master. The house itself has 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a spiral staircase, 2 laundry facilities, and one of the largest corner lots in Jax Beach! It is also an easy walk to the beach itself, bars, restaurants, and the South Beach park!

I am currently looking for a new tenant for a furnished room upstairs. This is a nice room and shares a bathroom and a half bath. Thus, a tenant never waits for a toilet!

Lastly, this is a professional establishment. Everyone who lives here as eyes on bright futures and most powerhouse tenants have been engineers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc.
