BEDROOMS: Sealy mattresses with mattress protectors, pillow protectors, iron, ironing board, warm blankets, extra sheets, towels, beach towels, pillows, baby blankets/sheets and hampers. The second bedroom currently has a bunk bed twin sized instead of the queen sized shown on the picture.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels provided.

The lanai is private. The pool and outdoor patio is shared among other residents/guests. With the beach being so close, there is hardly anyone using the pool. The pool starts at 4 feet deep and goes up to 8.6 feet deep.

You have one assigned free parking spot right in front of the condo. The "guests" labeled parking spaces are also free without limitations.
Other things to note
