They reel you in with the promise of luxury. However, this is a lie. Just about everything in the apartment is cheaply/poorly built. Mold is rampant in all of the apartment buildings. We were promised 24/7 use of the amenities but it’s actually 7am-10pm. I have also seen people’s actual doorknobs come off and management comes & fixes issues whenever they feel like it. There is no urgency whatsoever. Also, this is supposed to be a safe & secure neighborhood considering it’s gated but the gate is... wide open due to it always being broken. Even when it is not broken, people just tailgate to get in. The walls & ceiling are paper-thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING from talking, music & even footsteps if you live below someone. For the price that we pay, this is ridiculous. I and many other residents are not planning on renewing our leases & are in absolute disbelief at the lies sold to people to get us to move in. DO NOT MOVE IN!!
