Whenever I've had any maintenance requests, they've always been fixed within a timely manner, monthly filters for the hvac are provided for you, along with 2 parking spots in front. Very pet friendly and the entire office staff is incredibly friendly! They're happy to take care of any concerns right away.

Hot cocoa and cookies
Organized, clean event. There was Santa for the kids who was very energetic and gave toys to the kids. Hot cocoa and cookies were also available and given. Even a pretty backdrop to cute pictures.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!
If you don't want to throw your money away and live a real nightmare, I strongly advise you not to rent in this place!! It's been almost 6 months since I rented here and it's the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life! The house is a disaster, they never cleaned it to give it to me, the bathtubs are in bad shape and after a lot of fighting they only painted 2, the carpet has a bad smell that still hasn't gone away, but the worst thing is that the kitchen furniture is full of cockroaches... and their waste to the point that they are in terrible shape and even corroded. And the Manager evades any type of responsibility with the only response that we leave if we want, no matter what. I have 3 children including a baby who has not stopped getting sick since we lived here!!! Think carefully before renting in this place!!!
