I lived there for 2 years. No maintenance issue. You have a problem, open a ticket and they are there for you! Just keep in mind, if you purchase rental insurance with automatic renewal, send them the information otherwise they will penalize you for having insurance and not letting them know. Oh… and when you move out… chances of not getting deposit back is guaranteed. We moved out in January and no deposit as of now. They are now playing a Tom & Jerry game. Building was sold and nobody knows... who will be sending the deposit back.

Terrible place to send clients to
Worst apartment building to lease or rent from. They will tell you they pay realtor commissions and give you the round aroud. Ive been calling for the past three weeks and have been constantly getting hung up on. My client moved from out of state into a invested apartment with roaches. If you are a realtor or if you are looking to move here do not work with them. They recently sold the apartment complex and nobody knows anything in regards to contact information, management or prior commissions.... They do not communicate effectively and if I could give them 0 stars I would.
