AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY!!!! This is the most dishonest and irresponsible association ever! After viewing a few available units with Sergio, property manager, I decided to complete the leasing application. I informed Sergio I was currently living in NC and moving to Miami before holidays but was staying in the area for a couple days. On the day Sergio and I agreed to meet to start processing all paperwork, Sergio disappeared and didn’t respond to my calls or text messages. The next day I... contacted Sergio and he advised I turn paperwork and money orders into office to lock in unit but when I get to office they inform me there are no available units and I would have to keep calling to see when one becomes available. All while texting Sergio about unit still being available. I wasted money order fees and my time and nothing was resolved. Ridiculous!!!!

Very quiet and peaceful place.
I have lived here since 2018. The neighbors are polite and quiet. The administration is always willing to help, and they are very understanding, they also keep the place very clean and well maintained. The occasions when I have needed service in my department they have been fast and very efficient. The only thing I would like them to add is a basketball court so that everyone who likes to practice sports can have the comfort of doing so without having to leave our house.

Amazing Community
I was originally living in Kendall and I was nervous and cautious when I was looking at the apartment community because of the reviews it had but I must say those reviews are flat out wrong/exaggerated.
Its been less than a year since I moved in but this community is just AMAZING.
The office manager is always available when I need her, maintenance is implacable with timing and the neighbors are all respectful and courteous with the music and noise levels (After 6pm they all lower the music if... they are having a party or get together).
The apartment units are all in great shape and the neighbor is very well kept.
I see most of my neighbors have dogs so I was worried I was going to see dog poop left but not even one, the neighbors take care of their pets and clean up afterwards.
I even had a package delivered to the wrong unit and I figured common this is Miami and so that package is just gone but I ended up going to the unit where it was delivered and the resident of that unit with no hassle what so ever gave me my package back and told me if this happens again they can just drop it off at the Office for me to pick up or even just take it to my unit in the next building.
Its been roughly 3 years since I moved to Miami and this is the first apartment community I can see myself living in for more then just a year.

Do not lose your money
You rent as if you were an owner, you have to contract with the city for water, you must have 485 dollars available for the water and garbage contract, the service. of crane takes the registered cars in the condominium causing damage, the neighbors of the aprt of the 2nd and 3rd silver are noisy, the aparts have no comfort, everything feels, when they unload the toilets above so it seems that a sunami comes down, the neighbors that you have to the sides when they talk aloud, when they snore,... when you throw a peo you feel it inside the apartment that you are sleeping, the balconies of the first floor are flooded with water, they are under the sidewalk and the street, the electronic doors are always broken, you charge 25dlres for each device to open the doors, the streets inside the condominium do not work, they are very small, there are no schools or supermarkets nearby, the exits and entrances around the condominium are pesimas they are surrounded by a warehouse, the loading and unloading trucks are crossed in the street, the communication of the telephones is bad for being near an airport ,,, Do not lose your money, your money is worth

Horrible community
Seen many cars being opened to steal them or the belongings inside.
Didnt have camaras no security officer
The gates break remaining open at midnight
The tow company goes to the community at 9pm instead of at 12
They tend to pull your car and dont care if something breaks unless you offer money
Dont give you your money back one of the reasons i moved
