The apartments are very small and are wildly overpriced for what you get. There's cheap carpet and cheap countertops (not granite or stone) in the "upgraded" units that you pay extra for and the one bedrooms actually cost MORE than a two bedroom apartment. They have sneaky fees that you don't find out about until you sign a lease and the lease is very unfair to the renter (the worst lease I have ever seen). They actually make you pay for 5 additional days of utilities AFTER you've moved out. ... I have never seen that before in my life. Why should I pay utilities for an apartment that is no longer mine and I have no control over (i.e. they can leave all of the doors and windows open or turn the air down to 65 degrees or run a bunch of equipment). There is also no way to pay rent without incurring an extra fee (there's a fee if you use your bank account, there's a fee if you use a debit card, there's a HUGE fee if you use a credit card, and there's even a fee for automatic payments). This is the cost of doing business, this should be included in the price of rent. They even charge you a 10% fee on the water bill every month. I absolutely 100% regret moving here. Read More

DJ the maintenence technician in Madison Pointe helped me a lot with my work orders and did a great job.
Also i am very happy with the other staff members hard work at Madison Pointe too.

I recently moved out of Madison Pointe but only because I bought a home. If not for that, I would have stayed there for much longer. Brian, the Service Manager, is the best! He is loved by all the residents. Everyone in the office knows all the residents by name (and their pets too!).

Convenient location, near Lucky's, chipotle, Lowes, Burlington, you name it and it's within a 1 mile radius. Plus the best apartment staff I have ever worked with, really friendly and considerate.
