Friendly, informative, but property needs maintenance. The people were nice and friendly and informative. The office, gym and pool look very nice. It’s when you look the rest of the common areas, like the hallways, and pay attention to the details. The property needs paint. The units are nice.

Best birthday ever I was able to move in my unit on my birthday 12/30 and it’s the best gift & way to start not inly a new year but a new chapter as well, huge shout out to Ishmael for helping me every step of the way and answering any questions I had no matter what, I love it here at the Edison.

HVAC Issue We could hear the air running but no air was coming out. Maintenance came out quickly and fixed the problem. Great staff.
