Walls need painting Admin tells me the walls have been "professionally painted" but I have plenty of photo evidence that is not the case. Maybe the painter lied or did a crappy job? I don't k know but the apartment unit looks unkept. Mind you, it is not as bad as the outside common area hallways. Those look like they have not been painted washed in ages. Also, my balcony door is not sealing properly but admin says it is. I'm hoping my apartment's issues are fixed before Saturday, when Im going... to start moving stuff in.

Excellent Communication Thank you for the hard work of this team. I can be a pushy resident but it denotes that I care as well for my beautiful apartment. Thank you for keeping the hallways sparkling clean. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Thank you for fixing the electrical problem of the breaker that was disrupting the function of the refrigerator. Our community is beautiful and I am very happy living here with a peaceful mind.
