A very welcoming place to live! It is well kept and a has a very safe environment. The amenities are first rate and the staff is friendly, approachable and always willing to help. It is in a great location too!

The building and staff are excellent. But many of the tenants are very rude and impolite and unfriendly . I personally am not familiar with such ill-mannered correspondence from such a large group of diverse people. Many of the men act like this. But ALL of the women are extremely impolite. And very ignorant of common cutesy

The leasing personnel was very receptive to all my questions and very accommodating. Very pleased with the TREO community. The gym, pool ,lanai, pool table, and reception/entertainment area is also excellent. ??
