I really like Coasterra Apartments. It has the best location in Las Olas—close to everything you need. I moved here from out of state for work, so I wanted to choose a place that’s conveniently located and helps me avoid a long commute. The amenities are great, and the management and maintenance teams are very responsive. Mia and Natasha helped me with the paperwork—they were awesome!

Overall, this is a great place to live. The property is well maintained, and the staff is responsive, professional, and kind.
However, there are several ongoing issues that stem from building design flaws and have never been fully addressed. Patios flood with even light rain due to uneven construction, and despite raising this repeatedly over the past 1.5 years, no solution or follow-up has been provided. The building would benefit from additional elevators, as wait times can be long. The... parking garage exit is poorly designed and too narrow, forcing residents to use entrance lane, where visibility is poor and a larger mirror is needed.
Guest parking is unavailable while the leasing office is open. Residents on lower floors are often assigned parking on different levels, and the spaces are very narrow, especially when large trucks are parked nearby. Recycling is poorly designed, with a dirty cardboard area that often has broken glass and no convenient recycling near the package room.
