Looking for a clean, respectful, laid-back female professional for a room in our waterfront home.
The Vibe & Roommates
You’d live with me (male business owner in real estate/boat rentals, non-drinker, into bodybuilding) and... Anna (32, manages a luxury hotel on the beach). We keep a clean, healthy, and low-key house. We work hard, but when we’re home we cook a lot of good meals, hang by the canal, and decompress in the hot tub. Oh, and we have a resident cat!
The Setup & Perks
The Room: Bright and quiet. You'll share a bathroom with Anna.
Has its own Mini spit AC so you can adjust the air to your liking. the living room and rest of the house runs around 74 degrees typically. some like it colder/warmer so you have the power to your room.
Hot Tub Life: The backyard features a brand-new 6-person hot tub we use all the time to relax after a long day.
Boat Life: I dock my boat out back and we get out on the water often. We have 60ft of accessible dock space, so if you have a vessel, we can discuss rates.
The House: Full shared kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned off-street parking in the driveway
Terms & Location
Lease: Month-to-month (flexible, but long-term preferred).
Utilities: I pay water, trash, yard, internet, and hot tub care.
We split electric evenly to keep electricty use awareness (split bill comes to about $40-60 per month per person)
Move-In: 1st & Last. I'm flexible on the security deposit—I'm not greedy.
Process: Phone interview, walkthrough, application. Authenticity matters more to me than perfect credit and background.
Location: 5 mins to Las Olas, 10 to the beach. Quick access to I-95/595.
