HOA don't go
The community area is only for the management and their families. They will write formal complaints on anyone that dare use the pool or club house. It's the only apartment complex that does not show hospitality. No coffee, creamer, cups. Compared to others who have snacks, sodas, lattes, coffee in surplus. When you visit and you wonder why the super nice amenities area is empty. Because it's not for you, or anyone who is actually paying rent for it. They will make up brand new policies on the... spot to harass you.

Easy place to rent with a qualified rental application that doesn’t take weeks to get an answer back on rental application move in process was fast and easy. Luxury Housing and top place to live in Daytona would recommend to anyone who’s looking staff are on top of things community is well taken care of nice community and people.
