This is a newly constructed apartment attached to the main house but separated by our guest room. There is a private entrance and parking right at your door. Named Diamond on the Dune, this property was built atop a sand dune. Slightly elevated from... the street, this allows the beach breezes to engulf the property. We are focused on providing a beach getaway for medical professionals, ERU students or retired snowbirds.

This unit is fresh and clean. Fully tied floors are perfect for sandy beach living. There is central air and heat with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Cozy throws and big pillows are included for a cozy night on the sofa watching your favorite show or movie on the big screen tv. The bedroom has its own tv and in-unit laundry for your convenience.

The kitchen has a full-sized glass stove top with oven. Also included are an air fryer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. A large pantry can be used for food or personal storage. The bathroom is a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. There is a rainfall shower head and a wall-mounted handheld. The vanity has a glass top with an ocean blue vessel sink and wall cabinet with plenty of storage for your toiletries.

The bedroom boasts a king sized bed with a cooling memory foam mattress. Upscale linens feel luxurious to the touch for a sound sleep. There is a large closet with hangers and shelves. Sliding doors lead out back to a fully tiled, screened in patio with a ceiling fan. There is also a gas barbecue grill solely for the tenant. A privacy panel separates the unit from the main house.
