I have rented apartment here and the location and my apartment is so comfortable.

Lived here at Sundance for over a year I have been told they would fix their pool and that was 4 months ago. The pool hasn’t been functioning for over a year. The HOA committee charges 500 a month to maintain the grounds but the grass will sometimes be up to your knees. The gym is very run down and never clean. There is the bare minimum of weights in the gym. There are no common areas. Only thing this place has going for it is that it’s close to Nova.
