I’ve been living at The Waters at Redstone and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are modern, quiet, and comfortable. The amenities—especially the pool, gym, and clubhouse—really give the place a luxury feel. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to help. Overall, it’s one of the best places to live in Crestview.

It’s nice here. There are events monthly which are nice and help to get to know your community. If you have any maintenance issues they come pretty fast

honestly this has been one of the best places i’ve ever lived, the staff is responsive and friendly and the place itself feel
as if it’s a resort that you just never leave. Affordable price for what you get, the only thing that i would personally like to see change is more parking between building 3 and 4 now i have no idea how it would be done but thats my only complaint.

The buildings are new which is nice, and the staff always has an answer for my concerns. However, the amount of parking spots is an issue, and I wish there was a spot to use a hose to clean a bicycle. Also we could use some more enforcement of people picking up after their dogs.
