The tour was great. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Jordan and Joyce have been most helpful. After touring the complex, I decided to go home and start the leasing process. Upon moving in, I will say there were a couple of hiccups, however, everything was addressed at a rapid rate and I was very impressed with the outcome. Everyone that I have come in contact with here is very nice. The maintenance team is courteous and responsive as well. I have lived at several... apartment complexes and this complex out ranks them all. I would like to thank Jordan, Joyce, Lindsey, and the maintenance team!

The leasing and move in process was so easy and the ladies answered any questions I had. The complex is beautiful and well kept, and the staff makes you feel extremely welcome with all the little extras they provide! I HIGHLY recommend The Waters to anyone looking for a small piece of paradise!

By far the most beautiful apartment complex I have ever stayed in! Amenities are fantastic and staff is beyond helpful and friendly! Located in a great location of Crestview too. Very central to everything!
