Shortly after signing my second year lease some people moved in the apartment beneath me with a dog that barked daily. I work from home some this was a horrible situation. I called animal control and they spoke to the people with the dog but nothing changed. I called the police department and filed a noise complaint but nothing changed. I recorded the barking and sent that to the office along with the police complaint and animal control complaint. NOTHING WAS DONE !!!!!!!! even though the... lease clearly stated that the dog should have been removed. I had to fight to get out of my lease which they finally agreed to but gave me 4 days to vacate the apartment ..... do you know how hard it is to work and vacate an apartment in 4 days? The location is clean and safe. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The neighbors are friendly. The pool and the gym are clean, beautiful, and AWESOME! I love the fact that I can place my broken down boxes outside my door and they're picked up in the evening. I didn't have to take my broken down boxes to the trash compactor. Trash service is very convenient.

Its a well built and well maintained property with a great sense of community. The amenities are very nice and its great to use them. Management is very caring and always tries to address issues quickly. Maintenance is also great and goes the extra mile. I love it!

Living at Solano Bellair has been wonderful. The residents are quiet, and respectful. The parking is situated between the buildings, which makes for a safe area. There is a key fob to enter the buildings, rather than individual apartments, which is safer to walk around as well. Management is great, and they answer questions in a timely manner and are always available. The coffee machine in the lobby with plenty of couches, tables, chairs is comforting. They have a nice pool during summer, and a... gym that is 24/7 and has excellent updated workout equipment. The rent is affordable, and the apartments have a water filter built into the refrigerator, and all updated appliances, which work great. The best part is the maintenance team. Rodney and Brian are always helping and fixing things in a fast time frame. My AC broke a couple times during Summer, and they came over and diagnosed rhe problem and fixed it whenever it would break. You will have access to The beautiful outdoor area that includes a pool.There's also doggie rest areas ,Even a trash butler. The grounds are grass accented by a water fountain You'll love living here, I know I do.
