Building is old, apartments are small, the lighting is not adequate and I had to buy lights. Gym has not been maintained and there is equipment missing and somehow prices are still up.

The apartment would be decent if the prices were more reasonable, because for the same price you can get a bigger and newer apartment with better utilities.

I moved in a few days ago. The property management team was very professional and answered all of my questions. The entire property is very clean inside and outside. My apartment is very clean as well. I'm excited to start my new life here.

I have lived here for two years and rent has gone up 4 times more that 400 dollars a month. Air Conditioning unit has broken down 5 times while fitness center is closed periodically without any explanation. There is no drop box for rent to be paid so tenants are forced to pay online at an additional 50 dollars. Advertised prices are not accurate or correct. I feel safe here. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Love that apartments come with washer and dryer. Beautiful view and caring staff!

I have been here almost 9 months and I must say I am very impressed with the management and maintenance crew. The office is very attenuative to its residents and I have never once had a maintenance request go longer than 3 days for routine and usually same or next day for emergency work. Dog park, bb court, athletic facilities and lakeside (of course). Also quite a few of the apartments have been renovated and look great.
