The negative people I don't understand. Sure they are old I am 59 and rode my bike threw here to high school. when you move in you know that. But it is not right to say bad things out of spite. I hope everyone find what they are looking for because I have. I lived here for a year & was dyyying for my lease to be up. This place was so old and ridden with problems. The water in the kitchen stunk and there was constantly black mold in the toilets and the shower. It's poorly maintained & needs to be torn down.

It's so awesome that my neighbors blast music EVERY SINGLE DAY both inside and out, but they never get in trouble anymore than someone coming and asking them to turn it down. It's happening right now. Again. Complained probably 20 times since I've been here, yet it continues. Maybe penalizing someone like you do dog owners would help the noise issues. Just a thought. My last place has rules to be followed about noise. More than 4 complaints and you get evicted. I know the staff has been out here... to tell them to turn it down more than four times. Read More
