He's not a lender, but he is very knowledgeable with the lending side of things as well. Keegan has done business in Manatee, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Polk counties and has a great wealth of knowledge in all of those areas. He has great relationships with almost all of the builders in the Tampa Bay/Bradenton/Sarasota areas, which gives him and his customers a bit more of an advantage while negotiating on a new home. He is a VIP agent with the largest builder in the country which can give his customers extra advantages when buying a new home. Keegan’s worked in customer service and with people his whole life. It's what he loves about this business. It's all about people. It’s all about you! His experience since being an active real estate agent is like very few. He has stayed very consistent in helping a lot of buyer and sellers on a regular basis. He has already helped produce over $35 million in real estate sales in the 3.5 years he has been helping people achieve their real estate goals. In 2014, Keegan helped their customers purchase over $9.07 Million worth of real estate. In 2015, he helped their customers purchase over $10.35 million worth of real estate. In 2016, he helped their customers purchase over $10.91 million worth of real estate. He started in this business working for a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). It taught him a great deal about how to properly invest in real estate, and at the end of the day, buying or selling a home is part of an investment, and most likely one of the biggest investments of your life. But in all honesty, he hated sitting in an office and not being around people as much. So, he had to get out and start helping people buy and sell real estate. He spent my first 3.5 years as a licensed real estate agent being personally trained and mentored by a man he would categorize as one of the greatest realtors ever. He has sold over $1 BILLION in real estate. He had been in the business for 48 years. During his time with him, they did over 130 real estate transactions together.
