We recently moved in, and it’s great to have your own detached unit and yard. Dawn and Cedric have been so welcoming and the move in process was very easy. They really seem to care about residents being happy in their homes, and our few small maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. Off to a great start so far and we’re happy with our decision to rent here.

We moved my son to Bradenton several months ago and the staff at Artesia have been amazing! My son couldn’t be happier living here. The community is always well-kept and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive and truly cares about the residents - they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Quiet. Lots of great useable amenities that are kept in clean and working condition. Having our own cottage (no shared walls!) and private yard is so nice as well have a dog. No carpets!
Fun events throughout the year. Awesome management team, especially leasing agent Dawn. She made our move in so seamless from the beginning paperwork - even from out of town- to getting settled.
