Property Highlights

This 3/2 duplex is completely renovated with laminate floors throughout, new paint, and kitchen cabinets, new windows, etc. Two bedrooms and one bath is located at the front of the unit, kitchen in the middle, and the master bedroom and bathroom in the rear. It comes with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups. All utilities are to be set up in tenants name prior to move in. Dogs or cats under 30lbs are welcome and there is a maximum allowed of 2 pets. There is a one time non refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. There is a $75 initial application fee per person 18 or older who will be residing in the home.
