The home also features a private screened pool and spa overlooking the water, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day on the course.

Located within Calusa Country Club, guests enjoy transferable golf membership access to one of Lakewood Ranch's newest premier golf destinations. Designed by world-renowned architect Gordon Lewis III, the championship 18-hole course features stunning elevation changes, expansive white sand bunkers, premium Bimini fairways, tees and rough, and immaculate TifEagle greens designed to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Residents and guests also enjoy access to a spacious driving range and putting green.

Calusa Country Club also features a unique 12-hole “Green Course,” offering a mix of par-3, par-4, and par-5 holes for a quicker alternative to a traditional 18-hole round while still delivering a fun and challenging golf experience.

The golf course is currently open and operating. Future clubhouse, dining, fitness, pickleball, tennis, and additional resort amenities are currently under development and are not guaranteed at this time. Current rental pricing reflects golf access and the private pool/spa experience.

Long-term rate (6+ months): $5,000/month + utilities
In-season rates (December–April): starting at $15,000/month + taxes and fees for reservations of 3 months or more
February and March premium one-month reservations may reach up to $25,000/month + taxes and fees depending on demand and availability

Pool service, pest control, and Wi-Fi are included in every stay.
