Mixed Experience: Great Neighbors, But Watch the Fine Print
We met some truly lovely neighbors, and the homes themselves are pleasant. The clubhouse gives the property an upscale feel, but unfortunately, the homes are fairly ordinary and significantly overpriced for what they offer.
Residents are frequently nickel-and-dimed with extra charges for incidentals, which adds up quickly. One major concern: if you have a pet, be prepared to lose your security deposit. In our case—and in the case of every pet owner we spoke to—the development kept the deposit... without clear justification.
Overall, the location is good, and the homes are decent, but the pricing feels petty and excessive. If you're considering moving here, go in with eyes wide open.
