In case you dont believe me, come look at the pool (out of order broke) and will be for months, broken intercom systems, broken elevators, leaking roofs, roaches, broken washing machines, broken everything! This place is the epitome of being poorly run, and ruined. The previous management company, or HOA somehow misspent money so no repairs or savings were made, and now the community has all these repairs and NO money.

The apartments in Boca Del Rio are not that bad, however, the rent is far too much for what is available. The style and materials in the apartments are old, the appliances are as well. There are also not many amenities offered. Pets are not allowed, sadly. And the walls are very thin, much noise is heard throughout the days and nights. It is, however, in a very nice location. It is fairly close to may places.
