If you’re looking for a place with quality living, caring staff and a down to earth home. The Glades are for you! Nicole and Shy are the best staff I’ve worked with in a long time. They’re caring, diligent, professional and honest. Any issues Ive had with anything have been resolved expeditiously. My apartment is the best, the sunroom in bathroom brings in so much natural light, it’s unreal. This area is amazing for people who go out to eat and or always looking for something to do. The... mall and theater are less than 10 away. They’re biking trails, parks, multiple tennis courts, softball fields also less than a 5 minute walk. Publix and an urgent care are in walking distance. They’re so many great things I can say about this complex. You’ll have to see it for yourself.

Just my thoughts
I toured last week with my friend who is looking for an apartment and the property was beautiful. It gives a very chill feel. The staff was nice and maintenance even introduced himself as well. When I start looking, I'll be circling back.

Great smaller complex in a convenient location
The Glades is a great smaller apartment complex in a very convenient location. Shopping is within walking distance, and the location has quick access to I-4. The immediate area, as well as the complex itself, has more trees and greenery than other complexes. Because of the greenery, traffic noise is minimal. In addition, the new owners of the property and spending money on upgrades and renovations. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Look elsewhere
The property isn't worth the money. New owners new staff old interior and exterior. You're charged for everything whether you want it or not. Renting due to convenience only nor because it's a most live property.
