My apartment is just the best for my husband and me. We have an open first floor patio which we love to watch the sunsets from and we have an end unit which is easy for us to access the parking lot from as we are elderly. Our apartment is quite large even with being a one bedroom. This is our second year here and is very quiet and the grounds are well kept.

The complex is beautiful.
But general maintenance, care and issue resolution are a big issue.
Tenants do whatever they want in the pool, parking lot and we do not have anyone looking for that.

My resident experience so far has been great! I moved in a week ago and have had no issues so far. I’m very happy with my choice to move into Avenue on Oakland!

Staff so helpful especially Andrew! Maintenance are very reliable and fix anything very fast. We feel very safe here! Communal areas are well kept and if you report any issues the office arrange it to be dealt with very quickly,
