Love this place. Right across the street is the West Orange Trail. It is a 20 minute bike ride into Winter Garden (4 miles). The trail is awesome!!

Overall, this is a beautiful community and it is very well maintained! The parking and noise could be better, however most of the noise is children related so there’s a pass there. I haven’t been to the pool because it’s packed most of the time through all 4 seasons lol but everything else is great!

I really like the condominium; the facilities are excellent (clubhouse, apartment, location, school). However, the internet service needs improvement, as current download and upload speeds are very low. Ideally, each apartment should have its own fiber internet service rather than shared Wi-Fi.

I really like living here, although there are a couple of downsides. The neighbors in building 3 are pretty antisocial but not rude. I would appreciate it more if others picked up after their dogs. The extra costs for forced amenities are a bit much. Overall, the experience has been really good.

My move into the location was very easy and everyone was extremely helpful. I've only been here a week but already feels like home. I can't wait to have the time to enjoy all of the great amenities.
