I Love living at this complex, the majority of people are friendly, we enjoy walking through the preserve and the trail is long and nice. You can bike, walk and exercises. No excuses if you want to be healthy.

Its a nice place. In general the amenities are good. I use the fitness center often. It is close to the West Orange Trail which is great for me. They fumbled big time on not making a tunnel under Oakland Ave to directly access the trail though. It is dangerous to cross the road without any crosswalk. 3 stars because I have a neighbor above me that is extremely loud. I notified the office and they called me about it but provided no resolution.

great, love it here. very friendly and nice neighbors. Maintenance is incredible and always fixes situations very fast and promptly. The pool is also nice

Love it here! Lived here for 3 years and it’s consistently great. Perfect location, clean and safe . Will be renewing my lease again. Friendly staff and never had any issues.
