My best friend lives here and i loved it for her at first. Now I worry about her mental and overall health living here. There is potential, but the owner does not take action. Specifically bushings 7 & 5. There’s mice AND roach infestations. Bait traps for mice in the hall ways. My best friend called me crying about not being able to sleep from finding a mouse in her bed once (this was a few months ago and the problem still is happening.) I recently came to visit and in the weekend i was there,... 3 mice were caught on traps. The elevator has been down almost every time i visit and we got stuck one time for a few minutes. Now i refuse to use it. The leasing office is very unprofessional with a lack of communication. Washer and dryers always breaking so be prepared to utilize laundry mats more than your amenities. Recently a pipe broke and the water was shut off. The fire alarm is broken so it goes off frequently with the fire department here to fix it. One summer the lifeguard was making out with someone in the pool and a child needed help. Living here for almost a year. Apartments are nice and spacious. Staff is very kind and friendly. Neighbors are great. I would recommend living here!

My car was stolen last night facilitated by this complex. I’m being charged 340 to get it back. The woman in the office lied to their tenant about how long I was there and almost seemed pleased when on the phone with me today about the fact that it happened. If you move here your visitors are not welcome. Know this.

I have only been here for a short period, but my experience this far has been very pleasant and friendly. The building is quiet and clean.

I've been here a very short time, but so far the management team is very friendly and responsive. I've met several of my neighbors whom are friendly as well. I feel comfortable and safe, my building is generally quiet.
