Do not live here. Management and corporate do not care about residents. If you have any issue you are on your own.

Myself and other residents on my floor dealt with extremely disruptive construction, loss of access to the elevators and rest of the building for weeks during the winter, and illegal construction start times that woke us up between 6:15-6:45 consistently over a 2.5 month period.

The apartment itself is really nice but trying to rent from here was a nightmare. I was emailing back and forth with a leasing agent, telling them my budget and all. They said an apartment was available within my budget, and even stated a specific price in one email. When I went to apply for the apartment it was listed as several hundred more. When I emailed the agent to verify the price, they said this new price is now it, which was over my budget. I was never told by the agent of the price... increase until I specifically asked. I informed the agent I was no longer interested because it was out of my price range. Later that same day they apartment was no longer listed as available. I really like the amenities, perks, and the building itself.
