The apartment itself is really nice but trying to rent from here was a nightmare. I was emailing back and forth with a leasing agent, telling them my budget and all. They said an apartment was available within my budget, and even stated a specific price in one email. When I went to apply for the apartment it was listed as several hundred more. When I emailed the agent to verify the price, they said this new price is now it, which was over my budget. I was never told by the agent of the price... increase until I specifically asked. I informed the agent I was no longer interested because it was out of my price range. Later that same day they apartment was no longer listed as available. I really like the amenities, perks, and the building itself. I was very disappointed with the leasing agent I worked with and it makes me very wary to trust anything someone working here would tell me.
