Don't move in this building we have drug dealers hanging in front of the townhouse. Shooting every other month the only time the police protect the building when someone gets killed. The rental office workers walk pass every day as see the issues and don't care. The maintenance ie terrible. They send a note about loud music at 10 pm but it's always a concert going on outside until 2 or 3am with a crowd of people who don't live around here. The security only walks around the inside of the... building and if you want to fell secure this is not the place at all people can steal your packages at any given time run and continue to run don't move in this building you will regret it honestly.

Love the leasing staff
I been a tenant here for some years and we always had new people in the office but they weren't helpful. The new leasing staff is great and seem like they know what they are doing.

Don’t Believe the Ratings
Do not believe what you’re seeing in these reviews. Management can’t or won’t evict the bad apples. In this 12 story building the trash chutes are piled up to the 11th floor. As of today there has been two shooting outside the building in a single week. M street is an open air drug market. Management shuts down resident pleas to take any action whatsoever to amend the problem. I don’t know why this place has such good ratings. It’s truly abhorrent

Unethical and unsafe
2M was a great apartment when I first moved in. Then they were sold to the new owner and everything went down hill. I had signed a lease renewal when it was first sold and never got the bonus for staying on (they told me it would come through over and over, but never did). Then "incidents" started happening. Glass in the pool, arrests around and in the building, fire alarms going off constantly, the smell of weed and cigarettes permeating through the vents and walls. I would call and the phone... would say no one was available. When my lease was up a second time, I did not renew. I cleaned my apartment and made sure it was spotless before turning in my keys. I didn't hear back from them in the 45-days they have to give me my security deposit back. I called, I emailed (apartment, someone who works in the leasing department, and the company), and I dropped by but everyone was "out" when I would drop by. I never heard back. Do not rent here. It has gone down hill. They will respond to get you in but will take your money and never contact you again.
