We have two rooms in a shared townhouse. There are total 5 rooms in the house and we have two opening by January 1st , 2026. It's between Shaw & it's 4 blocks from logan circle. Near major two metro stations. We only allow one... person per room. The kitchen and Baths are shared. There is a very nice backyard for outdoor activities hanging out BBQ etc... Each roommate gets their room with a lock. The roommates are young professionals ages late 20s and early 30s mixed sex and all have gone through background/credit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is 12 months. There is a $50 application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent as security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for his/her share of the utilities.
