I've been living in my apt since 1992. My rental company has done the bare minimum over the years in improving the apt. But raises the rent every year. I've asked many times over the years to replace some things like the kitchen cabinets. I've never asked for much but never got it. The housing inspectors even said to them to not only replace the kitchen cabinets, but also install a ventilation system which is required by law I believe. So that nevered happen. I work hard everyday. I'm grateful... for what I have, but I know that there is better out there. And I just want a apt that I can be really proud of... #HardWorker Read More
