Great community, no issues. Staff works really hard, the cleaning team is incredible!!!! Maintenance team is quick and on top of it and respectful. The halls and grounds are super clean. Staff in the office and front desk are helpful and professional!

The elevators constantly... (Verified Renter)
The elevators constantly have issues. The loading dock door is never closed which offers little to no building security. Getting mail/packages is always a headache. The garage door is not always closed again offering little to no security. The lighting in the garage is minimal.

Incompetent Property Management
BEWARE!!! Leasing office is awful. They are arrogant and dismissive. They continually do not follow up. False charges show up on monthly rent and getting repairs done is a nightmare. Do not live here if you value your sanity.

paper thin walls and cheap appliances are the only two reasons i wouldnt recommend this apartment community

I don't like... (Verified Renter)
I don't like being in a fishbowl in the back of the apartment. You can see right into everyone's apartment. :) But it's fine..it's not a deal breaker or I wouldn't tell someone not to live here b/c of it.
