In my first week, strong marijuana odors started coming through the heater vents. That issue lasted until the neighbors eventually moved out months later.
The walls and floors are so thin that I could hear every slammed door and heavy step from upstairs. Even worse, my upstairs neighbors regularly ran through the apartment with a large golden retriever, causing my walls and floors to shake from the vibration.
Then winter came—and with it, rodents (possibly rats... , squirrels, or even raccoons) got into the walls. I was regularly woken up at odd hours—3:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m.—by scratching and chewing noises inside the walls and floorboards.
While management did respond, they consistently downplayed the seriousness of the problems and offered temporary fixes rather than real solutions. These apartments are not cheap—I was paying $2,000 a month to live like this!
