I have lived here for almost three years, I have come into contact with everyone in the leasing office and the entire maintenance division. I can say that they work as a team to help you out with any and all issues. Adrian is the head of maintenance. He and his team have come to my aid a few times. From opening my door because I locked myself out, to getting my sons football out of the roof gutter, and to fixing/replacing my AC unit. Maintenance is good at getting back to you quickly and... retifying any and all issues. My sons school is walking distance, which helps tremendously. The grounds are always maintained and clean. The laundry rooms are a plus and the pool is a nice touch for the summer.
Family environment and friendly neighbors help keep the place peaceful.
My son is Eight years old and he loves going outside to play with his friends.
It is a good place to raise your family and is next to everything; ie, beach, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, lots of food options, walking/running areas, library, mall and more.
I give 5 stars because it's not easy running such a large complex. Yet, these guys get it done!

The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and spacious. The maintenance crew is terrific, efficient, and friendly! The land scrapers do a beautiful job keeping the grounds pristine. The pool is also very well maintained.

Sean who works part time in the office is AMAZING! He is calm, friendly, and accommodating, and listens with an attentive ear. I wish he were the one who worked full time in the office because he is the only one I will deal with moving forward.

I recently shifted here. Optimum person was here to setup the internet but we realized there is no electric port provided in the apartment to setup internet services. Called the emergency maintenance person, he came to check and trust me he was absolutely blank, he didn’t have any idea and he was talking to us like we are responsible for that. Now, we are without internet. Let’s wait till the time an electrician will come and fix this.

I've lived here for almost 22 years, The property is very clean, well maintained (maintenance department is amazing!!) and beautifully landscaped. It's a lovely, hardworking, and sociable community. The grounds are extremely well lit at night including all interior doors, stairs and hallways, as well as well exterior doors, sidewalks and the entire courtyard. I feel very safe here - it's peaceful and tranquil with only one exception - there are many many small children here who generate a... great deal of noise!! I lived in Newport Apartments, Maintenance people are very slow , they took 2 weeks to fix my A.C. in peak summer time. Leasing manager Bill is the worst person I have ever seen in my life.He is arrogant and harsh person.He is working there from last 30 years so he feels like he owns all the apartments. This place would be a better place to live if they replace Bill with some decent person.
