We’ve lived here for 2 years and needed a 2 bedroom with our daughter now being 1 we had to find somewhere else as we’re not fans of Middletown. But as for ridge field apartments I don’t have any complaints. Cheryl in the office was wonderful and maintenance was always excellent and fixed things quickly . A lot of the bad reviews are about the neighbors but no matter where you live you’re going to have a few bad apples that’s just how the world is. We had issues with domestic stuff above us but... after the 3rd complaint and call to police they were asked to move out. I would recommend living here it’s been a very pleasant experience!!!!

Awful
Maintenance does bare minimum and will just walk in whenever they please. The lady in the office is rude and gossips about tenants. Building is falling apart rarely cleaned. Lawn mowers shoot rocks at cars in parking lot. I could go on just stay away

Comfortable and Safe Place to Live
I moved here in October of 2020 and don’t really have anything bad to say about the whole complex. Cheryl was and still is incredibly kind and helpful from when I first inquired about moving in, through the application process, and with any issues/questions I have now. Most people are friendly, the property is kept very clean, and I have felt very safe living here since day one. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their first apartment!

Great complex
I loved living here this past year. Cheryl is great and super responsive. I had ZERO maintenance issues in my unit, and my neighbors were all friendly & respectful. 5 stars!

Great first apartment, definitely staying!!
Moved in right before COVID hit and I love it here. It’s super conveniently located, landlord is easy to get a hold of if there’s an issue, very reasonably priced, and super comfy. I have a studio loft and I genuinely adore it. While I haven’t really been able to meet my neighbors thanks to the virus, the few I’ve seen are friendly and the surrounding area is gorgeous. They keep the place well-plowed and salted, which as someone who used to live up in the mountains is a big plus!
My only... complaint is having to pay rent via check and not online, but they are currently working on getting that up and running, so I don’t mind too much!! Cheryl has been and continues to be a wonderful person to ask questions and is super approachable.
Seriously, this place is great and I fully intend on renewing once it is time.
