Lovely community with great maintenance and leasing staff. My only concern is that the buildings could really use locks, especially considering the surrounding neighborhood. Otherwise, everything has been nice.

I love it here. The staff is responsive, maintenance is phenomenal and the community is friendly. I feel very comfortable in this community and appreciate the efforts of the staff to engage residents and make it feel like home.

Dog friendly and has a well cared for dog park. It's a very quiet neighborhood that is safe for families or singles. Super friendly and sociable staff. Maintenance is very fast and efficient.

My daughter and I have lived at Windshire Terrace since December 2016. This alone speaks for itself. For me, it's the closest feeling as having your own home. We are very comfortable and feel safe. My neighbors have always (and still are)been very friendly and courteous. The Leasing office and Maintenance department are the best. They know their jobs very well and are always helpful, courteous, respectful and friendly. This makes living here a pleasure.
