For the price we pay, I would expect at least updated appliances. My dishwasher and dryer are basically just decorative items at this point and there’s a water stain on my ceiling that has yet to be fixed after almost a year. The only positive is the maintenance guy Jeff is really nice.

Nice unit, quiet area. Quick maintenance team. New office staff is nice. I wish the shared hallways were cleaner (walls and carpets). Plenty of doggie stations that are kept up well.

Lovely community with great maintenance and leasing staff. My only concern is that the buildings could really use locks, especially considering the surrounding neighborhood. Otherwise, everything has been nice.
