Love the community and my apartment is nice and cozy. My two complaints are parking is not assigned, so if you come home after 7 there is no parking space available. I do t mind walking, just not in the dark. My upstairs neighbor is very sweet, but sometimes the noise is excessive.

Peaceful and safe area. Nice neighbors now and I’m finally enjoying the amenities which I am making time for. The pool is fabulous. The office is helpful. The maintenance people are helpful as well. I’ve been here for about 15 years and things are going well.

The maintenance attentiveness and facilities available for recreational usage to the tenants are very much appreciated but the parking absolutely sucks and the amount of times they have switched app softwares to pay rent online has made it confusing to pay at times, and what exactly to pay. Management is hit or miss with responding to complaints but when they do, problems are usually resolved. They really need to designate a visitor only parking area as so tenants have room to park near their... units.
