First of all when I went to go view these apartments, the person showing us the unit "couldn't make it" and instead gave us a code to the lockbox to let ourselves in to tour the units. Then I applied, paid a 500$ "holding fee" and when our application was denied, didn't get that 500$ back (I was told it would be refunded if application was denied). Never heard back from anyone regarding my money and this was MONTHS ago. Cute apartments but be aware..

Room for improvement
Great location and the outside is kept clean. Friendly staff, but not really motivated to repair inside apartments. Multiple complaints with still no progress. If they cared about the inside as much as they do about the outside this place would be great.
