Good things: great interior, lots of amenities (though many things are broken), quiet, well insulated, efficient AC, convenient locations within walking distance (restaurants, library, park, icecream, groceries etc), and a secret path to get directly to the park.
Bad things: Uprealty management is so incompetent. It takes forever for them to get things repaired or cleaned. The excuse is always the same; we are understaffed and busy managing other properties. Security is non-existent. There’s no... personnel in building and there are several ways to get into building without a fob.
