Over the course of her career, Jessica and her team have been involved in more than $3 billion in residential and development transactions, consistently achieving record-setting results throughout Greenwich, New Canaan, Westport, Darien, Stamford, and key Westchester enclaves including Rye, Purchase, Pound Ridge, Scarsdale, and Chappaqua. Her strategic, tech-forward approach earned her recognition as 2021 Millennial Entrepreneur of the Year by the Westchester Fairfield Business Journal. Jessica’s connection to real estate began in her hometown of Greenwich, where a deep appreciation for architecture, land, and thoughtful design shaped her perspective on long-term value. She entered the industry through construction management, developing technical and financial fluency before transitioning into global luxury marketing for an international firm representing properties in New York City, Paris, Venice, and Marrakesh. After returning from Park Slope to Greenwich, Jessica was recruited by one of the region’s most respected brokers, where she played a key role in regional leadership and growth. As a Founding Partner of SERHANT. Connecticut, she helped establish and scale the firm’s presence from inception. Today, her practice is firmly client-facing, advising buyers, sellers, developers through significant transactions across Connecticut and Westchester County. Jessica works with a sophisticated and diverse clientele that includes high-net-worth individuals, C-suite executives, physicians, investors, international relocations, leaders in sports and entertainment, and discerning first-time buyers.
