Stay Away
They increase the rent every year; AC and heating issues every year and they are slow to respond to this as well. Trash room has food stains on walls and floors. I will not be renewing my lease.

Perfect apartment for both my wife and I.
Our place is in a renovated historical building in the phenomenal location of Downtown Bridgeport. It's right in front of McLevy Green where numerous events, festivals, and concerts are held. We're minutes away from Webster Bank Arena and Housatonic Community College. Also, right across the street from us is the Metro North Railroad which is what I use to commute to work. There are plenty of local restaurants such as Ralph and Rich's, Joe's Steak House, and El Pueblito. (Their empanadas are... amazing!) Parking is close by and the area is safe. We have very secure entry into our building as well as into our apartment. It's literally impossible to lock ourselves out! But if we did we know the people at the management office will be there. They're right down the block in case we need anything. The only thing truly missing from the area is a supermarket that used to be here but has since closed down.
Regardless, This is my first apartment that I've ever lived in and I could not be happier. It's a great size for two with matte blue accent walls and hardwood floors with carpeting in the bedroom. The space is more than we thought it would be, we're not bumping into walls or anything of the sort and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a huge farmhouse styled sink, granite counter tops, and a bar. The bedroom space was more than enough to fit our queen size bed and included a laundry area with a washer/dryer all-in-one in our closet. One of the features we love about our place is the sliding doors to our bedroom and our closets.
The living room space has enough space for our gaming entertainment center, bookcases, large sectional couch, as well as our two computer desks from Ikea.
The only huge downfall of this apartment is the bathroom, the tub honestly feels very small, and we're only allotted a certain amount of hot water due to having a small tank. I was hoping to take some nice long hot showers but the most i can do is about a good 10-15 minute shower before it starts cooling down. That and all appliances are electric, including the stove.
Still, besides those short comings, we love this apartment and I couldn't be happier for it to be my first place to rent.
