Since 2011 I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate in the lower Fairfield County area, my success has been built almost exclusively (75%) on referrals and repeat business. I have earned the trust and respect of my clients by always keeping their needs first and not being afraid to have the difficult conversations when needed. As a result, I perform in the top 10% of real estate agents year after year. Three years ago I started my own real estate team where the focus was to grow the business with a focus on integrity, community, and unparalleled customer service. My philosophy and approach is not of a salesperson, rather, I am your real estate advisor and my focus is to guide you through the process so you can make the best decision possible for you and your family. I have experience in flips and rehab projects, investment properties, and property management, this accumulation of knowledge goes to work for you and helps you better navigate the process as a result. I believe any successful business is built on relationships and for this reason, I have built a strong team around my business to help throughout the entire transaction and beyond the closing table, this team consists of capable and reliable attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors as well as connections in all the trades.<br><br>I love to spend my free time with family, friends and my wisker bandit gang, preferably in the great outdoors. While not finding homes for my clients, friends and family I work with a couple of local rescues helping them find ‘furever' homes for our animal friends in need.
