Someone just got their tires stolen, we have a pool they haven’t open since new management came, maintenance doesn’t come unless you harass them nothing is 24/hrs. The new management has fallen apart. A few years ago the maintenance man lived on site, pool was open In the summer, and there is a mice problem!!! And the laundry room has one washer and dryer that’s small af instead of a onsite laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.

If you are looking to move, move anywhere but here. I arrived at the complex for my scheduled tour to see if moving here would be a good fit for me. The woman who called me to confirm was not there. She told me the door was unlocked and I could go in, it was locked. There was a car in the parking lot on milk crates. After seeing that vehicle without tires on it, I knew that this place was not for me, the poor management sealed the deal for me never to come back.

Where do I start, been here 7 years, I use to swim in the pool new management closed down, a lot of us did. It’s a mouse issue, all of us old people dealing with old tubs, old rugs and cabinets. But they redo apartments as soon as people move out no fair at all. They can do so much better. Open the pool back, fix up apartments for people already living there. They take weeks to come fix something as simple as a clogged sink

We moved here because we were told it was family friendly. Recently they've complained about children playing outside, and have made accusations about neighbors and their dogs. It is not child friendly or dog friendly. I highly recommend living somewhere else.

This place is horrible!!! The buildings all have black mold in them!!!! There is trash on the grounds and people's cars have broken into!!!! That's just for starters!
