Office is never available to answer calls, you can never use the workout room. Violent, disruptive residence so much so the police recognizes them! Laundry room is locked after 9 so you have to go around every building in pitch black also one of our two washers has been broken since April, the entire building has to share one! they cut a huge hole in one residence's ceiling then just left it there because of possible asbestos but they have still been living there with their pets!

Don't live here!!!! Everything breaks and the office people never answer. Maintenance man sucks he is never know where to be found

Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms and parking lot and ownership does not do ANYTHING to prevent it!
Tenants leave rotting garbage on door steps for days at a time!
Property is littered with dog feces and cigarette butts everywhere!
The office and maintenance staff are vary nice and do the best they can with what they are given but the ownership is cheap and negligent!

I have lived here for 3 years and have referred 2 of my friends to move in. It isn't the newest place but it is still well cared for and I love all the big trees and green grass. My neighbor has lived here for over 15 years and I bar-b-que with my friends on the other side of my building all the time. My kids go to school right down the street and I can walk to Walmart and the grocery store. Anytime I have a work request the maintenance fixes the problem very quickly.

it use to be very nice but it's going down hill my rent keeps going up but nothing works I've seen 4 drug bust and more and more drunks and drug users move in as the families moves out I have two kids and one on the way what use to be a family place is now filled with drugs and parties
