Would not recommend moving here. Roaches everywhere, poorly managed property by management. Had a problem with an infestation since day one of moving in. Been a nightmare since moving in. Couldn’t even unload my U-Haul, was left renting a truck for a few more days until they sprayed the apartment and that didn’t help at all or made things worse, Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

This complex has multiple issues from repairs to vehicle theft, and the management team is a big part of the problem.

Hello, my name is Steven Dahmer, and my girlfriend of almost a year and a half, my first son (8 month) and i currently moved in with my grandma (where she used to live with my dad, siblings, and dads girlfriend) and the condition of the apartment was and still is horrible! There was a roach problem when our neighbors moved out. The closet doors are broken, the dishwasher is broke, the fridge acts up, they left so many carpet stains and the place is just so clustered. The apartments have just a... swamp cooler so everywhere else doesn't get cool air. We have had issues with this place, it's just not home. Needs to be improved the apartments need better secuurity but in all it's ok

This is a nice and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment home. . I love the community the neighbors are very friendly. .However I do believe that rent is unreasonable, it is very expensive. . And the laundry rooms are very cute and in decent size, but I find it very interesting how it takes 7 dollars to wash and dry a full load of laundry. . I do feel they are taking advantage of every little penny... It's really hard to get by.
