Been here 3 months and we’ve had water coming through the light fixture in the ceiling, cabinets literally fall off, water coming out of the walls, and we’re lied to from the start about rent. Also, we were clearly chsrged for the energy bills of the gap between tenants because our electrical bill for 1 week before the real cycle started cost more than the following bills.
They lied about what utilities were covered - paying an extra $200 this month somehow - and whenever you try to find out... what’s going on nobody’s available and they’ll most likely get fired and replaced if you do get to talk to someone.
Seriously worth any amount of extra money to avoid this place like the plague - again, been here 3 months and already need to talk to a lawyer cause this place is absolute trash. Read More

They hardly reply to your emails, they make you pay for parking and they give other people the same parking spot even though it’s suppose to be yours. Very nasty apartments. For all the people that are out of state and want to move to Colorado do not go to this apartment. Spend the extra $100 and find a much better apartments

The apartments are livable and there's decent shopping and access to the area. Currently, my toilet tank is full and still trying to fill, the overflow drain is draining the full flow from the water line. The valve to the toilet had a plastic handle that split apart when I tried to use it. I tried using a channel lock on it and stripped the handle without turning the valve. I've been unsuccessfully trying to get someone in to fix it. So glad I will get to pay for the water bill for so far... 12 hours of the toilet running.

Oh and building management is practically always closed, even during their open hours you're luck if the office is manned.

I have resided here at Parkview Terrace since 2015. The first thing I have to say is I absolutely love my apartment!! Its affordable and very spacious which is hard to find nowadays. I love my neighbors we all keep to ourselves which is nice because I have plenty of peace and privacy. The ladies in the office are always so helpful when to comes to my needs I may have. Maintenance is always courteous and quick to respond to any issues I may have which have been very minimal in the years I've... been here. I really appreciate how hard they work around here considering how large the property is. I'm sure its not an easy task but they manage it well. For me being an elderly lady maintenance has always gone above and beyond to help me when I have needed it most. The neighborhood is a very diverse community which I think is great. It was awesome how they remodeled the swimming pool this past summer. My grand babies have really enjoyed swimming this whole summer, they definitely took advantage whenever they could(everyday hehe)! I love the convenience of being so close to the highway as well as King Soopers and Wal-mart. Thank you Parkview Terrace for making me happy and comfortable in my home.
